Our Orangina print is inspired by classical West African geometric symbols. The kind you’ll find intricately hand painted on older architectural structures in West African architecture.
Our Cowry Blue is a play on two classics. Classic Yoruba indigo batik and the circular motif that is present in West African art. Our half-moon prints were inspired by cowry shells, which in the ancient Oyo empire and other parts of West Africa were used as a form of currency.
